Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya highlighted the importance of youth and workforce participation while addressing the Bharat Express Conclave themed ‘Viksit Bharat 2047: Naye Bharat Ki Baat’. The event marked the third anniversary of Bharat Express.
Mandaviya emphasised that India possesses a powerful demographic advantage. He stated that if the country’s youth and labour force receive proper guidance and opportunities, no obstacle can prevent India from becoming a developed nation.
According to him, national progress depends greatly on the energy, creativity, and commitment of young citizens.
The minister explained that empowering youth requires structured platforms and active participation in nation-building initiatives. He noted that collaborative engagement between government institutions and young citizens can strengthen social and economic development.
Mandaviya highlighted the role of the MY Bharat platform in encouraging youth involvement in national programmes. He said the initiative enables young people to contribute ideas, volunteer in social projects, and participate in developmental activities.
Mandaviya further stated that constructive participation from the younger generation will shape India’s growth in the coming decades. He concluded that channelising youth energy and labour strength effectively will remain essential for achieving the long-term vision of a prosperous and developed India.
