Mahila Jodo Yatra: Congress New Election-Winning Strategy! – Jai Siyaram

After Rahul’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, Priyanka  is trying her best foot forward on a two-month march to win  women.

Following the current Bharat Jodo Yatra, the Congress is reportedly planning a “Mahila Jodo Yatra.” According to party sources, the goal is to engage female voters before the Lok Sabha elections in 2024.

In contrast to men, who voted on average at approximately 64% during the 2019 elections, women voted on average at about 68%. Results from various elections, including those in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Goa, and Uttarakhand, demonstrated that the Bharatiya Janata Party won because of the influence of women voters. This is why women’s empowerment has been a focus for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.

The Congress has taken pride in being a pro-women party. It advocated for the Rajya Sabha’s passage of the women’s reservation bill and was led by a woman for more than two decades. The party obviously doesn’t want to end here, though. Therefore, it intends to appeal to women by using the Priyanka Gandhi Vadra card.

It attempted this in UP with limited success, but it is hopeful in Himachal Pradesh.

After the yatra concludes on Republic Day, the organisation intends to launch the “Haath Se Haath Jodo” campaign, which will run from roughly January 26 to March 26. Through targeted programs, this campaign will expand upon the message of unity from the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Rahul Gandhi’s letter outlining the goals of his Bharat Jodo Yatra will be distributed here.

In addition, Rahul has been criticising the BJP and the RSS for not reciting the phrases “Hey Ram” and “Jai Siyaram,” which acknowledge both Lord Ram and Goddess Sita, during his yatra in place of “Jai Shri Ram.”

They never pronounce Jai Siyaram. Sita has been taken away. And because they reject Lord Ram’s principles, they never chant “Hey Ram,” he added on Monday.

Many Congress officials will take the initiative for this new yatra, but Priyanka will be the centre of attention. She will organise Mahila Morchas in every state and publish women’s manifestos tailored to the needs of each region.

Using the Mahila Congress and Priyanka’s star power, according to sources, the Congress hopes to make up for the loss of a female president.
