Maha Kumbh 2025: Shri Niranjani And Shri Taponidhi Anand Akharas Raise Spiritual Flags

In preparation for Maha Kumbh 2025, the world’s largest spiritual and cultural gathering, two prominent Sannyasi Akharas unfurled their religious flags on Monday. This marked a significant step in the event’s unfolding grandeur.

Vibrant Atmosphere In Maha Kumbh Nagar

The installation of the Dharm Dhwajas by Panchayati Akhara Shri Niranjani and Shri Taponidhi Anand Akhara has infused the Maha Kumbh. The arrival of saints and seers has further heightened the sacred and festive mood.

The event is all set to take shape under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, with preparations progressing rapidly.

Following tradition, Naga Sannyasis of Panchayati Akhara Shri Niranjani raised the Dharm Dhwaja without the participation of Shri Mahant or senior officials. The flag installation adhered to customary rituals, reflecting the Akhara’s rich heritage.

Saint Ravindra Puri has confirmed that the Akhara will formally enter the cantonment area on January 4.

Moreover, Shri Taponidhi Anand Akhara, known for its emphasis on tradition and discipline, also raised its Dharm Dhwaja with ceremonial grandeur. The flag, mounted on a 41-foot pole, was unfurled in the presence of prominent saints.

Swami Shankaranand Saraswati announced that the Isht Devta will be enshrined beneath the flag after the Akhara’s cantonment entry on January 6.
