A bureau office of Bharat Express News Network has been inaugurated in the presence of its chief Upendrra Rai, in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. During the event, several dignities including Hon’ble Justice Gautam Chaudhary, Justice Kshitij Shailendra, Hon’ble Justice Saurabh Srivastava and Justice Nijar Tiwari graced the event with their presence. Allahabad High Court Justice Vivek Kumar Singh was the chief guest of the ceremony.
At the inauguration programme, Justice Gautam Chaudhary emphasized the work and the importance of journalism and journalists in today’s society, which can never be denied.
He also hailed the Bharat Express tagline, ‘Truth, Courage and Dedication.’ However, Justice Chaudhary explained the meaning of the tagline from the end. He said, “Dedication should always be towards this country and the Almighty (God) rather than any people or ideology. God can be Narayana, Allah, Jesus or Waheguru, who so ever you believe in. Dedication should be given to God. If someone dedicates his life to God, he will have endless courage. And, if someone gets dedicated, he can find the truth from any corner of the world.”
Justice Chaudhary also said, “In today’s scenario, these three words are so important to make a better society. People used to mould the truth for their benefit. Social media is one of the platforms that spread unethical, biased and false information within society. This is a matter of concern. Earlier, through newspapers, people get the same news by different names. Language can be changed however; facts were intact at that time. But, nowadays the language, truth, and facts are changed, and fabricated in every second newspaper or media channel. This is literally a matter of concern.” “I wish Bharat Express will change this perception. This channel should be known for its unbiased, factual and actual news throughout the globe,” he added.
