Justice Arun Bhansali new Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court

Senior judge of Rajasthan High Court Mr Justice Arun Bhansali will be the Chief Justice of Allahabad HighCourt.The Supreme Court Collegium headed by the country’s Chief Justice DY Chandrachud has recommended his name to the Central Government.
Senior Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta is serving as the acting Chief Justice after the retirement of Chief Justice Pritinkar Diwakar of Allahabad High Court.After the appointment of Justice Bhansali, Allahabad High Court will get a  new Chief Justice.Justice Arun Bhansali, who was appointed judge of Rajasthan High Court on January 8, 2013, started practicing law in Jodhpur bench.He has expertise in civil, company, constitutional and tax matters.
He has 1230 reported important judgments in his 11 years of tenure as a judge in the Rajasthan High Court.
Justice Arun Bhansali, who has served as a member of NALSA and National Court Management, has
been the standing advocate of Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Hindustan Petroleum, Income Tax, Railways, HPCL, Mittal Energy Limited, besides many nationalized banks and Health and
Medical Department of Rajasthan. Are.
