Jammu and Kashmir is under the voting for the third and last phase of assembly elections today as it recorded 11.60 percent voting till 9 in the morning. Voter in 7 districts, on 40 constituencies are in long queues to decide the fate of 415 candidates including some prominent names like former deputy CMs Tara Chand and Muzaffar Beig.
Over 39 lakh voters will vote on nearly 20,000 polling stations across seven districts. A total of 40 seats includes 24 from Jammu region and 16 from Kashmir region. BJP Particularly eyes for constituencies in Hindu dominated Jammu region.
