Jeet Adani & Diva Shah Tie Knot In A Simple Traditional Ceremony; Gautam Adani Shares Pic

Jeet Adani, the younger son of India’s prominent businessman and Adani Group chairman, Gautam Adani, married Diva Jaimin Shah in a modest, traditional wedding ceremony in Ahmedabad. The couple tied the knot surrounded by close family and loved ones, with the ceremony steeped in cultural rituals.

Gautam Adani’s Heartfelt Social Media Message

On his son’s wedding day, Gautam Adani shared a heartfelt message on the social media platform X, referring to Diva as “Daughter Diva.” He wrote, “With the blessings of the Almighty God, Jeet and Diva tied the knot of marriage today. The wedding was held with traditional rituals and Shubh Mangal Bhaav among loved ones. It was a small and extremely private ceremony, and I apologize for not being able to invite all well-wishers.”

He further sought blessings and love for the newlyweds.

Gautam Adani’s Unique Wedding Gift For Society

In addition to keeping the wedding ceremony simple, Gautam Adani made a significant philanthropic gesture. He donated Rs 10,000 crore towards social welfare, marking a unique wedding gift for society. This donation aligns with his philanthropic values, encapsulated in his motto “Seva Sadhna Hai, Seva Prarthana Hai and Seva Hi Parmatma Hai.”

The donation will be allocated to infrastructure development in key sectors such as healthcare, education, and skill development. This initiative aims to provide access to world-class hospitals, medical colleges, K-12 schools, and global skill academies, ensuring employment opportunities for all sections of society.

Crafting a Memorable Wedding with Local Artisans

Though simple, the wedding preparations included unique designs and grandeur, courtesy of local artisans from various parts of the country. The Adani family ensured that special handmade gift items were given to the wedding guests. In collaboration with Delhi-based NGO Family of Disabled, Adani commissioned hand-painted shawls for the couple, crafted by artisans. Renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra assisted in adding royal touches to these handicrafts, enhancing the wedding’s elegance.
