Jayant Chaudhary Drops Major Alliance Hint Following Bharat Ratna Award to Charan Singh, Says ‘Kis Muh Se…’

Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) president Jayant Chaudhary expressed gratitude towards the Centre as the government announced Bharat Ratna for his grandfather, former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi revealed that Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award, will be bestowed upon former Prime Ministers P V Narasimha Rao and Chaudhary Charan Singh, alongside renowned agriculture scientist M S Swaminathan.

What Jayant Chaudhary has to say?

“PM Modi’s vision has accomplished what previous governments could not achieve until today. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to PM Modi’s government for recognizing individuals who have been outside the mainstream,” praised RLD chief Jayant Chaudhary.

In response to queries regarding a potential alliance with the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Jayant Chaudhary remained ambiguous, stating, “Is there any gap left? How can I refuse your questions today?” This statement comes amidst swirling rumors of RLD’s potential departure from the Samajwadi Party alliance to collaborate with the BJP.

On the subject of the speculated alliance between the BJP and RLD, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav accused the ruling party of employing tactics to destabilize opposition parties. He criticized the BJP for allegedly misusing central agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and Income Tax Department.

“BJP knows how to manipulate situations, including orchestrating defections. The recent events in Chandigarh exemplify their deceitful tactics. BJP has mastered the art of influencing individuals and employing state machinery for its benefit,” remarked SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.

Responding to inquiries regarding the perceived closeness between RLD and BJP, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak highlighted the fluid nature of politics, emphasizing BJP’s commitment to the development of Uttar Pradesh and welcoming individuals aligned with the party’s objectives.
