According to allegations, this builder group accepted cash payments from consumers while selling its plots and structures, costing the government millions of rupees in missed income tax revenue. The team from the Income Tax Department raided the director’s home and the renowned school RPS of Southern Haryana on Friday morning. Teams from the department began investigating RPS educational establishments simultaneously in the districts of Rewari, Gurugram, and Mahendragarh. These academic institutions are up in arms over the department’s move.

A team from the Income Tax Department is currently looking into records and other papers from the operator’s residence and several institutions. According to the source, at around six in the morning, teams from the Income Tax Department and members of the CRPF arrived at the director’s residences for the RPS International School in BMG Elegant City, the RPS Public School on Delhi Road, and the educational facilities in Sector-4.

The team members locked the doors to households and schools before beginning to look through records and other papers. In educational institutions, this sparked a panic situation.
