Today, March 31, at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, the Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Center opens to the public. The multi-disciplinary cultural centre will be showcasing music, theatre, fine arts, and other things to the audience on this particular day.
Before the inauguration of the NMACC, Nita Ambani, wife of industrialist Mukesh Ambani, offered prayers on the occasion of Ram Navami. During this, she wore traditional attire. At the same time, Isha Ambani arrived with her father Mukesh Ambani for the inauguration. Isha looked stunning in her Indo-Western outfit.
The centre will take concrete steps to strengthen India’s cultural infrastructure and bring the best of art from India and around the world.
The premiere event will feature three performances: The Great Indian Musical: Civilization to Nation, an exhibition of costume art titled “India in Fashion,” and a visual art display titled “Sangam/Confusion”, in addition to a specially curated arts and crafts exhibition titled “Swadesh”.
Along with displaying the diversity of locations in the cultural hub, the event will also explore the richness of India’s cultural traditions and their influence on the world.
“Bringing this cultural centre to life has been a sacred journey”, Nita Ambani remarked during her speech. We sought to design a place where literature, folklore, art, craft, science, and cultural heritage could all be promoted and organized. Here, we’ll introduce the best of India to the outside world and welcome the best of the outside world to India.
The centre will focus heavily on community nutrition programmes and be extremely accessible, providing free access to kids, students, seniors, and those with disabilities. The launch event was designed to draw attention to India’s broad cultural influence and to give artists a stage on which to interact with viewers. Inside the Jio World Center, which is situated in the hub of Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, this cultural centre is a groundbreaking multi-arts facility for the arts.
The two-day mega event will take place in Mumbai, and famous people like Tom Holland, Zendaya, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Janhvi Kapoor, and others will be there.
