India Post GDS Recruitment 2023: In order to fill open positions as Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) (Branch Postmasters (BPM)/Assistant Branch Postmasters (ABPM)/Dak Sevaks), Indian Post has issued a recruitment notification. By accessing the official website at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in, interested applicants can submit their applications online. The application procedure will start right now, on January 27, 2023. The online application form must be submitted by February 16 in order to qualify.

Between February 17 and February 19, 2023, candidates will have the chance to revise or modify their registration forms. India Post GDS Educational Requirements: All approved categories of GDS must have a secondary school pass certificate from the 10th standard examination administered by any recognized Board of School Education by the Government of India, State Governments, or Union Territories in India, as well as a passing grade in English and Mathematics.

The candidate must have studied the local language, i.e., Name of Local Language, at least through the secondary level [as required or optional subjects].

An automated merit list will be used to choose the applicants for engagement. The recruitment notification given below allows applicants for the aforementioned positions to review the educational requirements and selection criteria.

Application Fee for India Post GDS

The application fee for each position listed in the option of Division is Rs. 100. All female candidates, SC/ST applicants, PwD applicants, and Transwomen applicants, however, are not required to pay any fees.

A candidate may only submit one or more applications for one or more open GDS positions in the chosen Division. The applicant must verify their information by providing their registration number and the OTP that was issued to their registered mobile number before choosing the Division option.
