Independence Day 2023: “Strong Willpower And Determination Necessary” CMD Upendra Rai’s Message To Youth

On the 77th Independence Day of the nation today (August 15), the entire India is immersed in the colors of patriotism. On this sacred occasion, Bharat Express News Network organized a grand celebration of Independence Day. The event was inaugurated by the CEO and Chairman of Bharat Express News Network, Upendra Rai, who lit the ceremonial lamp. He paid homage to the heroes of the country’s freedom struggle and then unfurled the national flag.

“Service to the nation doesn’t necessarily require going to the border to fight.”

During his address, Chairman Upendra Rai of Bharat Express News Network mentioned, “Operating with the spirit of our motto ‘Truth, Courage, and Dedication,’ we are moving forward with complete honesty and commitment. It is not necessary for us to go to the border and fight for the service of the nation or to hold high positions to contribute. Wherever we are standing or whatever we are doing, we can contribute to our nation’s progress and provide a new direction to society. Even a small task can make a significant impact.”

Strong determination is necessary to overcome addiction – Upendra Rai

CMD Upendra Rai also gave a message to the youth trapped in the grip of addiction. He said that if anyone is ensnared in the chains of addiction, they should never think that there is no way to break free. It requires a strong willpower within us. There should be firm determination and courage to move forward, which already exists within us. He said that if we have become slaves to addiction or are trapped by something that hinders our progress and the society’s progress, instead of fighting it, we should channel that energy towards achieving greater goals. Chairman Upendra Rai stated that when we focus entirely on significant goals, smaller obstacles tend to fade away on their own.

Referring to Buddha in his address, Upendra Rai said, “I respect Buddha because he never claimed that only his words should be accepted. Buddha says it’s not necessary that what he said is true or that people should accept only what he said. Instead, evaluate those words against the yardstick of your wisdom and incorporate what resonates with your life. Embrace those ideas that aid your journey forward and don’t adopt someone else’s words as truth.”
