Registration for the First Come, First Serve (FCFS) Phase IV housing program by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) began on Friday. Under the program, more than 5,500 apartments are being offered in different areas of Delhi. To reserve a flat, buyers must create an online account on the DDA’s official website.
The “DDA Online Running Scheme 2023 on First Come First Serve (FCFS) Basis Phase IV” housing project is offering 5,623 units in the 3BHK, 2BHK, and 1BHK categories. The ready-to-move-in flats can be found in Delhi’s Narela, Rohini, Loknayak Puram, Siraspur, Dwarka, and Jasola neighborhoods.
By paying the booking fee, any Indian citizen who is at least 18 years old or an “entity” can reserve the flat.
3-BHK flats are in Jasola.
2-BHK flats are in Narela and Dwarka.
1-BHK flats are in Narela, Siraspur, Rohini, and Loknayak Puram.
3-BHK flats: Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore
2-BHK flats: From Rs 1 crore in Narela to Rs 1.23 crore–Rs 1.33 crore in Dwarka
1-BHK flats: From Rs 9.89 lakh in Narela to Rs 26.98 lakh–Rs 28.47 lakh in Loknayak Puram
3-BHK flats: Rs 10 lakh
2-BHK flats: Rs 4 lakh
1-BHK flats: Rs 50,000 (economically weaker section) and Rs 1 lakh (general category)
Registration will begin at 5 p.m. on June 30.
Bookings begin at 12 p.m. on July 10.
