Allahabad High Court has postponed the hearing in the matter of appointment of Court Commissioner in the Shri Krishna Birth Place and Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute case, after hearing both the sides on Monday.
Earlier Mr Justice Mayank Kumar Jain on December 14 approved the petition of Shri Krishna Virajman ,demanding that a survey be conducted by appointing him as Advocate Commissioner.
Earlier the said court Court reserved its decision on the survey case. Now the next hearing of this case will be on January 11, 2024. An application was filed in the court on behalf of Sunni Waqf Board saying that it has filed a special petition against the order of appointment of the Court Commissioner.
On this, the Hindu side said that the Supreme Court has not banned the appointment of Court Commissioner. On this the court said that it will give its order in this matter.
Sri Krishna had reached the High Court along with Virajman’s litigious friend Murthy. A pass has also been prepared in the High Court in the name of God. Earlier, on Sunday itself, a day before the hearing, many parties had left from Mathura for Allahabad.
