The High Court has reserved its decision after completion of the hearing of the petition demanding ASI survey in the Shahi Idgah complex of Mathura, on Monday.
Passing the above said order on the suit filed by petitioner Mr Justice Arvind Kumar Mishra held that all the cases related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, District Court to be heard in the High Court on the lines of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi dispute, against which the special leave petition was rejected by the Supreme Court, refusing to interfere.
However,the main demand of the Hindu side is to liberate 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna’s birthplace and remove the Shahi Idgah.
The High Court had transferred to itself all the 16 cases pending in the District Court, Mathura, after which the hearing has started. The AJ filed under Order 26 Rule 9 of the CPC has claimed that the birthplace of Lord Shri Krishna is the Shahi Masjid. is below. Because it is believed that this place was the prison of Kansa and there are many symbols which establish that the mosque was a Hindu temple.
It is said that a lotus shaped pillar is present there, which is an excellent feature of Hindu temples and an image of Sheshnag, one of the Hindu deities, is also present there.

In view of this, the court should appoint three lawyers as commissioners and direct the investigation. An order was also given to get photography and videography of the entire proceeding done.
