Greeting In Queue, Global Leaders Applaud Narendra Modi’s Election Win

National Democratic Alliance is forming a government for the third consecutive term with a decent majority. Global leaders extend warm congratulations to Narendra Modi on ‘Historic’ third term.

The results of the 18th Lok Sabha Elections were announced on Tuesday declaring the BJP and allies victorious.

Congratulating Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius Pravind Kumar Jugnauth wrote on platform x that Mauritius is proud of its brotherly ties with India.


Italian Prime Minister took to platform X and said that PM Modi’s victory makes it certain that the two countries will continue to work together for the betterment of both nations.


President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka welcomed PM Modi and the BJP, expressing anticipation for further improvement of bilateral ties.


He wrote, “I extend my warmest felicitations to the @BJP4India led NDA on its victory, demonstrating the confidence of the Indian people in the progress and prosperity under the leadership of PM @narendramodi. As the closest neighbour Sri Lanka looks forward to further strengthening the partnership with India,”

Prime Minister of Bhutan Tshering Tobgay extended his greetings and expressed his desire to work closely with India.


President of Maldives Mohamed Muizzu also congratulated Narendra Modi and said he look forward to work with Modi government.


Notably, India and Maldives are going through rough patch of diplomatic relations over a comment of Maldives’ political leader.

Prime Minister of Nepal Prachanda also greeted Modi on third consecutive term in office.


Prime Minster Narendra Modi is likely to take oath on 8th of June as NDA grabs Majority in Lok Sabha election 2024 .
