As the voting day for the Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha seat approaches on April 26, the anticipation is akin to a festive atmosphere, with hopes for transformative change in the country’s trajectory. Recognizing the power of each vote in shaping the nation’s destiny, there’s a fervent appeal for maximum voter turnout.
In a bid to promote voting and empower citizens, Felix Hospital has announced a unique initiative. For five days starting from April 26 to April 30, the hospital will offer free body checkups to voters. Any individual displaying the blue ink mark, symbolizing their participation in the electoral process, will be eligible for this complimentary service. The comprehensive checkup includes assessments for diabetes, blood pressure, kidney and liver functions, heart health, along with consultations with medical professionals.
This initiative aims to incentivize voting and hopes to witness a surge in voter turnout on election day. Voting is not just a right but a responsibility integral to strengthening our democracy. Therefore, it’s imperative for every eligible citizen to exercise their franchise. The hospital administration is also extending support to election workers and police personnel by providing necessary health assistance.

Furthermore, as a precautionary measure against dehydration during the summer heat, voters are encouraged to carry water bottles while heading to the polling stations. Additionally, all doctors have been mandated to cast their votes and encourage their patients to do the same. Pamphlets and banners advocating for voting awareness have been prominently displayed across the hospital premises.
The essence of democracy lies in active participation, and thus, every voter is urged not only to vote themselves but also to inspire others to do so. Let us reaffirm our commitment to democracy by exercising our voting rights and shaping the future of our nation.”
