In the Pali district of Rajasthan, two BJP leaders have been arrested on charges of allegedly gang-raping a lady and sexually assaulting her daughter. For allegedly assisting the accused, three additional women have also been arrested. The accuser has refuted the charges.
According to authorities, two BJP leaders were arrested for allegedly gang-raping a 45-year-old woman and molestation of her 11-year-old daughter in Rajasthan’s Pali district. According to the survivor’s police complaint, three other women have also been arrested for allegedly assisting the offenders.

Police named the suspects as party official Mahesh Chandak and BJP district general secretary Mohan Jatt.
On Friday, a first information report (FIR) was filed against the defendant. Mrityunjay Mishra, a circle officer for Sojat City, provided more information, saying, “The claim would be verified once her and her daughter’s medical examination result comes. The matter is being investigated.Jatt, on the other hand, remarked, “I have never met those women. It might be part of a political plot to falsely accuse me of anything.
Mishra claimed that the woman had met the defendant to discuss a plan to buy a plot of land.

In accordance with Sections 376 (penalty for rape), 376 (D) (gangrape), and 354 (outraging a woman’s modesty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, a complaint has been filed against the accused, the officer stated.
According to authorities, no one has been detained or arrested as of yet.
