The officials of Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) has started criminal proceedings against builders close and associated with Atiq Ahmad,who are involved in illegal plotting without proper permission.
In this context an FIR has been lodged on the complaint Anil Kumar,Junior Engineer Prayagraj Development Authority against a real estate Director Atul Dwivedi, Ajit Vikram Pandeyand Madhukar Mishra and others at the Airport Police Station.
According to the first information report , Atul Dwivedi, director of Metro Infrastructure and Shikhar Green Agrotech Private Limited situated in Kathula Gauspur, was indulged in illegal plotting without getting the required layout plan approved from Prayagraj Development Authority. After a proper inquiry conducted by PDA officials in this regard an FIR was lodged under sections 27 and 28 of the Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973.
During Investigation it came to light that three persons including Ajit Vikram Pandey, Atul Dwivedi, Madhukar Mishra and others had jointly done illegal plotting.Notice was given to the accused but no reply was received. Even after the plating was stopped, he continued working.
It may be recalled that Prayagraj Development Authority had demolished the illegal plotting being developed on about 90 bighas of land which is utter violation of the provisions of Section 14 and 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973.
