On the occasion of Father’s Day, Rajeshwar Singh, MLA and social worker of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), honored the memory of his late father, Ran Bahadur Singh. Highlighting the crucial role of fathers in children’s lives, Singh announced his resolution to establish 100 “Ran Bahadur Singh Digital Education and Youth Empowerment Centers” in every village of Sarojininagar, in tribute to his father.

In a post commemorating International Father’s Day, Singh shared details about the new centers, stating, “Today, on the occasion of International Father’s Day, I am laying the foundation of ‘Ran Bahadur Singh Digital Education and Youth Empowerment Center’ in Sarojininagar in memory of my father. This is a step towards fulfilling his dreams!”

Dr. Rajeshwar Singh emphasized the significance of youth empowerment for the country’s future. He reflected on his father’s legacy, noting, “My guide, my inspiration, my revered father, Late Ran Bahadur Singh ji, regarded technology as a pivotal tool. My father was a decorated and successful police officer and an MSc (Gold Medalist) in Physics from Allahabad University. My engineering studies at IIT Dhanbad were also his dream! Its objectives are to expand digital education, make schemes accessible through public facilities, and most importantly, link youth empowerment with employment.”

Rajeshwar Singh pledged to the community, “My goal is to establish 100 ‘Ran Bahadur Singh Digital Education and Youth Empowerment Centers’ in every village of Sarojininagar, to ensure a bright future for our country, making our youth self-reliant and self-sufficient!” He announced that the first phase would see the inauguration of four centers at Katiyar Market, Rasoolpur Road, Haroni, and Latif Nagar in Lucknow on June 19 at 05:00 pm.
