Earthquake: Mild Tremors Felt In Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh

Earthquake:  Mild tremors have been felt in many areas of Delhi-NCR, Western Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana. Its intensity has been measured at 3.6 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was near Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh.

Earthquake tremors have also been felt in Nepal. An earthquake of 4.4 Richter scale was measured here at 1.30 pm. The epicenter of the earthquake was 143 km east of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand and its depth was 10 km below the ground.

Nepal has been experiencing frequent earthquakes for the last few months. Earlier on January 24, there was an earthquake of 5.8 magnitudes in Nepal. In November last year, an earthquake of 6.3 magnitudes was observed in Nepal.
