Dr. Rajeshwar Singh, BJP MLA from Sarojininagar, has written a letter to Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, urging a probe into the complaints of homebuyers in Ansal Projects, Lucknow.
The complaints relate to delays in possession, poor construction quality, and unmet promises regarding amenities.
The letter also highlights concerns regarding the lack of transparency in the approval process by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA).
In his letter, Dr. Singh emphasized the ongoing issues faced by homebuyers, such as not receiving possession on time, subpar construction, and missing amenities.
Furthermore, despite approvals from LDA, Ansal Projects has failed to clear outstanding dues, which has complicated matters further.
Dr. Singh raised questions about the transparency of LDA’s approval process and the lack of action against Ansal Projects for failing to provide promised amenities.
He called for an inquiry into the handling of these projects, suggesting potential negligence and corruption.
The BJP MLA urged CM Yogi to take action against LDA officials who approved these projects despite Ansal’s failure to clear dues.
He stressed that if any corruption or negligence is found, the involved officials must be held accountable.
Dr. Singh also requested that CM Yogi direct relevant authorities, including the police, to address all pending complaints related to Ansal Projects swiftly.
He emphasized the need for the government to protect homebuyers’ rights and ensure timely justice.
Finally, Dr. Singh called for a vigilance inquiry into the actions of LDA officials and the approval process for Ansal’s projects.
He urged authorities to thoroughly investigate any mismanagement or corruption to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Through his letter, Dr. Rajeshwar Singh is seeking immediate intervention from CM Yogi Adityanath to resolve the issues surrounding Ansal Projects in Lucknow.
His appeal aims to ensure justice for homebuyers and enhance transparency in the city’s urban development processes.
