In a scathing attack on the Congress, the Chief Minister criticized them, asking if the Congress has ever undertaken projects like the Bansujara Irrigation Project. He claimed that the Congress left Madhya Pradesh in a deteriorated state, but his government has transformed it into a prosperous one.

The world cannot function without daughters

The Chief Minister stated that the world cannot function without daughters, and to address this, he first introduced the “Ladli Lakshmi Yojana”. He asserted that he made a commitment that if a daughter is born in the land of Madhya Pradesh, she will become a millionaire. Today, every daughter in the state is being born a millionaire.

This is how the amount for Ladli Behna will be Increased

The Chief Minister proudly mentioned that he is fortunate to have over 1.25 crore sisters. In a year, a sum of ₹15,000 crore will be deposited into the accounts of these sisters. As soon as the arrangement for the money is made, ₹1,250 will be deposited into their accounts. The amount under the Ladli Behna Yojana will be increased from ₹2,500 to ₹3,000. The government’s aim is to ensure that through self-help groups, sisters earn ₹10,000 per month. On the 10th of each month, around 2 o’clock, the money will be credited to their accounts. The Chief Minister also mentioned that he will communicate with the sisters on the 28th of August. He emphasized the government’s strong focus on women’s safety, with demolition actions against those involved in misdeeds towards daughters and the closure of liquor dens in both cities and villages.

Attacking former Chief Minister Kamal Nath, CM Shivraj said that this Congress had stopped many of our schemes. Kamal Nath has stopped the ₹ 1000 per month Congress used to give to Baiga, Bharia, and Sahariya sisters. He turned out to be corrupt Nath, not Kamal Nath. Stay away from such a government.

Congress increased interest rates, we reduced them

CM Shivraj stated that farmers receive ₹6,000 annually under Prime Minister Modi’s Kisan Samman Nidhi. Now, the Madhya Pradesh government will also provide ₹6,000 under Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana. Farmers will receive a total of ₹12,000. During the Congress government, farmers had to bear an 18% interest rate on loans, but my government gradually reduced it to 0%. Today, farmers do not have to pay any interest on loans.

Kamal Nath mocked the poor

CM Shivraj mentioned that when he provided shoes and slippers to the poor, Kamal Nath made fun of them. He said, “Kamal Nath, you have no idea about the pain of walking barefoot. You are an industrialist.”
