CobraPost To Make Major Revelation On October 30; To Unveil ₹41,000 Crore Corporate Scam In ‘The Ledger of Lies’

Renowned investigative journalism platform CobraPost is preparing for another major exposé, this time alleging a ₹41,000 crore financial fraud involving a leading corporate conglomerate.

The organisation announced that it will hold a press conference titled ‘The Ledger of Lies’ at the Press Club of India in New Delhi on October 30, where details of the alleged misconduct will be unveiled.

According to a teaser poster released by CobraPost, the investigation claims that the corporate giant diverted ₹28,874 crore through fraudulent means and channelled over USD 1.5 billion in suspicious foreign transactions back into India.

The revelations, if proven, could have far-reaching implications for India’s corporate and financial sectors.

Aniruddha Bahal to Lead Disclosure

CobraPost Founder and Editor Aniruddha Bahal will personally present the findings of the investigation at the press event.

Bahal, known for leading some of India’s most impactful sting operations and financial exposés, stated that the upcoming disclosure would shed light on ‘systematic irregularities and large-scale manipulation’ in corporate transactions.

A panel of prominent figures from law, media, and public policy will lead the discussion following the press conference.

Among the speakers are Supreme Court advocate Prashant Bhushan, senior journalist Paranjoy Guha Thakurta, Abhinandan Sekhri, Ushinor Majumdar, and other leading voices from the field of investigative reporting and corporate accountability.

Following CobraPost’s announcement, tension has gripped India’s corporate sector, with speculation rife about the identity of the company involved.

The platform has not yet named the corporate entity allegedly responsible for the financial irregularities, maintaining secrecy until the official conference.

Industry observers note that the scale of the alleged ₹41,000 crore diversion could mark one of the largest corporate financial scandals in recent years.

CobraPost, founded by Aniruddha Bahal, has a long history of high-impact investigations uncovering corruption, money laundering, and institutional misconduct.

The organisation’s previous exposés have led to significant political and corporate repercussions, earning it both acclaim and controversy.

The upcoming event, ‘The Ledger of Lies’, appears to continue CobraPost’s tradition of holding powerful interests accountable.

According to the platform, the findings are based on months of documentation and analysis, including financial records and cross-border transaction data.

Anticipation Builds Ahead of October 30

With just two days remaining before the scheduled disclosure, anticipation is mounting across media and business circles.

Legal experts and financial analysts expect the revelations to prompt regulatory scrutiny and possibly lead to formal investigations by enforcement agencies.

As the date approaches, CobraPost’s claims have already stirred public debate over transparency and ethics in India’s corporate governance landscape.

The full details are expected to be unveiled at 12:00 PM on October 30 at the Press Club of India, New Delhi.
