CM’s Residential Land Rights Scheme to bring positive changes in lives of families – CM Chouhan

Bhopal: January 18, 2023. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan says that it is a revolutionary step of the state government to allot land free of cost to more than 25 thousand needy people for housing under the Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana.

CM Chouhan stated that this will bring a positive change in the lives of these families and by getting the right to land for their own residence, the self-confidence of the families will also get enhanced. From Singrauli itself, the amount of Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana will also be transferred to the accounts of the farmers of four districts of Rewa division just with a single click. Along with this, the foundation stones of Medical College, Mining Engineering College, and CM Rise School Hirrawah (Baidhan) and Chakaria will also be laid in Singrauli.

Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the preparations for the programs to be held on January 22 in the Singrauli district. Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Mrs. Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Mineral Resources and Labor Minister Mr. Brijendra Pratap Singh, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Mohammad Suleman and other officers were present in the meeting held at Samatva Bhawan, Chief Minister’s residence. Singrauli Collector attended the meeting virtually.

CM Chouhan said that social business organizations and voluntary organizations of the district should be associated with the events being organized in the Singrauli district and also establish a dialogue with them regarding the gifts being received by the districts. The event to be held in Singrauli should be in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and joy for people with maximum public participation.

Significantly the Chief Minister will allot plots to 25 thousand 412 beneficiaries of Panchayat areas of the district under Chief Minister’s Residential Land Rights Scheme in Singrauli on January 22. In the scheme, poor families who do not have enough houses to live in and do not have their own land, each such family will be allotted a plot of 60 square meters free of cost by the MP government. Free plots will be allotted to the beneficiaries on 421 acres of land in the district.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will transfer Rs 135 crore 68 lakh in the accounts of 6 lakh 78 thousand 408 farmers of Sidhi-Satna and Rewa districts, including Singrauli of Rewa division, under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana with just a single click.

CM Chouhan, will also lay the foundation stone of Singrauli Government Medical College to be built at a cost of Rs. 248 crore 27 lakh, Mining Engineering College to be built at a cost of 60 Cr 30 Lakh, CM Rise School Hirrawah (Baidhan) to be built at a cost of 33Cr and  CM Rise School Chakaria, to be built at a cost of 31Cr Rs 40 lakh.
