CM Shivraj’s Big Announcement For Newly Hired Teachers, 70% Pay In 1st Year & 100% Pay In 2nd, Kamal Nath Government’s Decision Revoked

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, made an important announcement today in support of teachers, claiming that the previous administration had made a mistake by ordering teachers to wait several years before receiving their full salaries. It will be modified and reapplied.

Now, instructors will begin receiving their full salaries as early as the second year. There was a lengthy wait to receive 100% after receiving 70% in the first year. Now, it will take a year to complete this process. Teachers won’t have to wait four years for this.

Today, Chief Minister Chouhan spoke at the Chief Minister’s house on the training programme for newly appointed teachers.

In a video greeting for the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the new education strategy places a strong emphasis on promoting Indian values. In Madhya Pradesh, teachers have been hired in large numbers. There have been 22,000 new teacher appointments this year.

In congratulating all of these teachers, Prime Minister Modi noted how significant it was that over half of them had been hired for positions at schools located in tribally predominate districts. The majority of their benefits will accrue to youngsters in rural areas. Our next generation will benefit from it.

The PM said, “The goal is to hire 60 thousand instructors by the end of this year. As a result of these efforts, Madhya Pradesh has risen from 17th to 5th in the country in the education survey. This is a significant success for Madhya Pradesh in terms of educational quality”.

“Madhya Pradesh accomplished this accomplishment quietly. This type of task necessitates dedication. This would not have been feasible without it. It is, in some ways, a silent meditation gesture. This is feasible with a commitment to education”, he added.

The Prime Minister congratulated the Madhya Pradesh government, teachers, and students for adopting this silent practice.

The persons who have had the biggest influence on your life, according to him, must be your mother and your instructors if you consider the past few years, he claimed.

He further said, “In the same vein, you must gain a place in your pupils’ hearts. Both the present and the future of the nation will benefit from your knowledge. Your education should also affect social change”.

The Prime Minister congratulated the Madhya Pradesh government on its work of appointing teachers in big numbers, calling it a “unique initiative”.
