CM Rekha Gupta To Inaugurate Key Projects In North East Delhi; Manoj Tiwari Urges Public Participation

Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, will visit the North East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency today to inaugurate significant development initiatives in the Ghonda and Seemapuri assembly constituencies.

The organisers have scheduled the ceremony to begin precisely at 9 AM.

This high-profile visit marks an important chapter in the city’s infrastructure development and will directly benefit local residents by improving public facilities and services.

Accompanying CM Gupta will be senior Cabinet Ministers of the Delhi Government — Dr Pankaj Singh and Mr Kapil Mishra.

Their joint presence further underscores the state government’s unified approach towards regional development and the active role of leadership in addressing civic challenges.

Manoj Tiwari, Member of Parliament from North East Delhi and a prominent BJP leader, has also extended a warm invitation to the public.

In a tweet, he urged residents to attend the event with their families to welcome the Chief Minister, Ministers, and MLAs and contribute to the programme’s success.

“It is humbly requested that you attend this occasion with your family to welcome the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Ministers, and MLAs, and contribute to making the programmes successful.”

Focus on Civic Infrastructure

The government is inaugurating projects to address key infrastructural concerns, such as improving roads, upgrading sanitation systems, enhancing street lighting, and providing better community amenities.

These developments will transform daily life in Ghonda and Seemapuri — two constituencies that have long awaited focused development.

This initiative is part of the Delhi Government’s broader vision to strengthen basic services and promote balanced urban growth across the capital.

The organisers have invited local residents to attend the inauguration in large numbers. The event also gives citizens an opportunity to engage directly with the leadership and show their support for the ongoing developmental work in the area.

CM Rekha Gupta’s visit is not just a ceremonial occasion but a symbol of the government’s dedication to the people of North East Delhi.

Local leaders, MLAs, and the public are actively participating in today’s programme, setting the tone for continued infrastructure investment and civic improvement in the region.
