In Jagdalpur, Bastar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the cornerstone for numerous development projects totaling more than 26,000 crore on Tuesday. He dedicated the Nagarnar steel factory of NMDC Steel Ltd. to the country.

Physical, digital, and social infrastructure are essential components of a thriving country, Prime Minister Modi stated today while speaking at an event in Bastar.
“Steel production is a well-known industry in Chhattisgarh. More attention is being paid to infrastructure improvement. 50,000 people will have employment prospects as a result of the new steel production, according to the prime minister.
He added, “When every region of the nation is developed, the goal of a developed India will be realized. A number of construction projects totaling more than 27,000 crore rupees have been inaugurated today.
According to the prime minister, the country’s states, districts, and villages must all grow before the ideal of a developed Bharat can be achieved.
“Vande Bharat trains were also operated in the state once the railway network was electrified. The central government would develop and modernize all of the state’s stations in the coming years, said PM Modi.

A new rail line between Antagarh and Taroki, a rail line extension between Jagdalpur and Dantewara, a rail line extension between Boriand and Surajpur, the renovation of Jagdalpur Station under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, and a DEMU train service between Taroki and Raipur are among the other projects.
The state’s tribal territories will have better connections thanks to these train projects. Locals will profit from the increased train service and upgraded rail infrastructure, which will also aid in the region’s economic growth.
