The leader of the Bhim Army, Chandrashekhar Azad, was fired by unidentified men on Wednesday in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He was taken urgently to a local hospital.
Azad was fired at while he was at an event in Saharanpur. A car with a Haryana licence plate carried the attackers to the spot. Chandrashekhar Azad was shot by them after which he was taken to the hospital.
