Dhirendra Shastri, the head priest of Bageshwar Dham, is leading a widely supported Sanatan Hindu Ekta march in Bundelkhand. The 160-kilometer padyatra began on Thursday from his ashram in Chhatarpur district and will conclude at the Ram Raja Temple in Orchha, Tikamgarh district, on November 29.
The march has drawn large crowds from various communities, emphasizing unity and faith. Participants walked alongside Shastri, expressing devotion to Sanatan Dharma.
Prominent religious leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam joined the yatra and shared his admiration on X. “Blisters in the feet, storm in the heart, flood of faith, awakened Hindustan,” he wrote, praising the overwhelming support for the march.
The padyatra’s visuals showcased a sea of devotees walking together, united by their faith and reverence for Sanatan principles. The event highlighted the cultural and spiritual heritage of the region.
The yatra’s route covers rural and urban landscapes, bringing communities together. It aims to strengthen bonds among followers of Sanatan Dharma and celebrate unity in diversity. The concluding ceremony at the historic Ram Raja Temple is expected to draw thousands more.
