BJP Organises Tiranga Yatra In Ayodhya To Celebrate Operation Sindoor & Honour Armed Forces

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a vibrant ‘Tiranga Yatra’ on Thursday in Ayodhya to celebrate the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ and pay homage to the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian armed forces.

The rally, conducted in the sacred city of Ramnagari Ayodhya, resonated with patriotic slogans like ‘Jai Hind’ and ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’, filling the streets with fervour.

Starting at Gandhi Park, the procession moved through Civil Lines to the Chowk, featuring a vast display of national flags and enthusiastic participation from people across communities.

Notable attendees included former BJP MP Lallu Singh, Ayodhya MLA Ved Prakash Gupta, rebel Samajwadi Party MLA Abhay Singh, and members of the BJP Mahila Morcha, all contributing to a strong show of national unity and pride.

Voices From The Yatra: Strong Message To Pakistan

Many participants, however, shared their admiration for India’s decisive military response to the 22 April terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, which resulted in 26 casualties.

Meanwhile, the strikes under ‘Operation Sindoor’ successfully targeted significant terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, earning widespread support nationwide.

“Pakistan was shown its place. A country which fosters terrorism needed to be taught a lesson, and India gave a befitting response to the terrorist outfits that aim to disrupt peace and prosperity in India,” said a retired army soldier attending the Yatra.

“Our forces have demonstrated that we will act firmly against terror groups and enemies of the nation. The soldiers have shown they will not spare those who provoke us,” he further added.

A retired Subedar Major, however, expressed pride in the Indian military’s strength.

“Indian armed forces have once again proven to be among the best in the world. They have shown that we will never back down and will always rise to fight terrorism and defend our nation,” he further remarked.

Other participants affirmed that the Yatra was a tribute to soldiers who risk their lives daily.

“We are here to honour our forces. Their valour and bravery have always safeguarded us and given Pakistan a fitting reply. We are proud of them and love our country, and that’s why we have gathered here today,” said a local BJP supporter.

An Ayodhya BJP leader further stated, “It is a matter of immense pride that the Indian Armed Forces, through ‘Operation Sindoor’, have delivered a strong and fitting response to Pakistan’s terrorism. The whole nation is proud and grateful to our brave soldiers.”
