The accused also attempted to strike a second woman who had stopped to interrogate him while riding a bike. For almost 15 minutes, the victim stood on the road in plain view. Some people stepped out to defend the accuser after she had left the scene and alerted the police. Police opened a case and detained the accused after receiving a complaint from the victim, who is 28 years old. Such cases of inhumanity show the extremely bizarre face of society when a woman is being stripped and people are shooting video rather than saving her.
