Bihar @ 2047 Conclave Ignites Bengaluru; Diaspora Backs Industrial Push & Entrepreneurial Revolution

Bengaluru on Sunday turned into a nerve centre of Bihar’s development discourse as the historic third season of the Bihar @ 2047 Vision Conclave concluded with a powerful display of entrepreneurial ambition, political intent, and cultural pride.

Organised under the Let’s Inspire Bihar campaign, the conclave attracted over 1,200 participants, including nearly 900 entrepreneurs, startup founders, industry leaders, IT professionals, and thought leaders from India and abroad.

Delegates travelled from major Indian cities and global hubs such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, underscoring the deep engagement of the Bihari diaspora in shaping the state’s future.

Hosted at The Oxford College of Science, Arts, Commerce & Management, the event emerged as one of the largest Bihar-focused economic and vision-building platforms held outside the state.

Dr Dilip Jaiswal, Minister for Industries, Government of Bihar, attended the conclave as Chief Guest and delivered a strong pro-investment message. He reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to building an investor-friendly ecosystem backed by policy reforms, administrative responsiveness, and institutional support.

In a significant announcement, Dr Jaiswal revealed plans to establish a Bihar Industrial Security Force, modelled on CISF, to ensure security and confidence for investors and industrial units. He also praised IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav, the Chief Patron of Let’s Inspire Bihar, calling him a rare public servant driven by service to society rather than personal gain.

The minister’s remarks drew sustained applause, reinforcing the conclave’s message of ethical leadership and governance-led development.

Call for Unity and Entrepreneurship-Led Growth

Addressing the gathering, Vikas Vaibhav issued a clear call to action, urging citizens to rise above divisions of caste, religion, and community. He positioned entrepreneurship and start-ups as the most effective tools to restore Bihar’s historical prominence and curb migration.

He announced the upcoming Bihar Development Summit 2026 in Hyderabad and New Delhi, signalling the campaign’s expanding national footprint.

MLAs Mithilesh Tiwari and Rajeev Ranjan Singh underlined the link between industrial growth, skill development, and employment generation.

They stressed that local opportunities remain critical to inclusive growth and long-term prosperity in Bihar.

The conclave also witnessed the release of the draft Bihar @ 2047 Vision Document, charting a comprehensive roadmap for development through education, egalitarianism, and entrepreneurship.

Three high-impact panel discussions enriched the dialogue, while outstanding entrepreneurs and professionals received the Bihar Udyamita Samman and Bihar Pratibha Samman.

As the National Anthem closed the event, the Bengaluru conclave sent a clear political and economic message: Bihar’s transformation is no longer a regional aspiration; it is a national project backed by vision, capital, and collective resolve.
