Bharat Express CMD Upendrra Rai Invited To National Media Wellness Conclave In Delhi

Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, headquartered at Mount Abu, will convene a national Media Wellness Programme titled ‘Karmayoga in Action’ in New Delhi.

The Delhi Zone is organising the initiative with support from the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India.

The programme will take place on Friday, 13 February 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Plenary Hall, Vigyan Bhawan.

The organisers have selected the prestigious national venue to underscore the institutional weight of the gathering.

The organisation has invited CMD Upendrra Rai, Chairman, Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network, to attend as Distinguished Guest of Honour. His participation will, however, bring senior editorial leadership into dialogue with spiritual and policy stakeholders.

Dr L Murugan, Hon’ble Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs, will attend as the Chief Guest. Sister Jayanti, Additional Administrative Head of the Brahma Kumaris, will also grace the occasion.

Brahma Kumaris operates as a global socio-spiritual institution with centres in 137 countries.

The body has received seven United Nations Peace Messenger Awards. It holds consultative status with ECOSOC and UNICEF and serves on the Yoga Experts Committee of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

The conclave will formally launch the nationwide ‘Karmayoga in Action’ campaign.

The initiative, however, promotes clarity, resilience and value-based leadership across media institutions.

Organisers aim to address the operational pressures confronting journalists and newsroom executives.

Senior Rajyogis and eminent media professionals will lead structured sessions. They will outline practical strategies to enhance composure, ethical judgement and institutional credibility within a demanding information ecosystem.

The organisers have also invited members of CMD Upendrra Rai’s editorial team to attend and cover the event.

The forum seeks to strengthen principled journalism while reinforcing wellness within India’s media landscape.
