Bharat Express Chairman and Managing Director Upendrra Rai visited senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Syed Shahnawaz Hussain at his residence to extend greetings on his birthday and wedding anniversary.
CMD Upendrra Rai praised Hussain’s long-standing political journey, describing him as not only a strong and responsible face of the BJP but also a balanced and dignified voice in national politics. He said Hussain’s public service and political commitment continue to inspire young leaders across the country. Hussain’s wife, Renu Hussain, was also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, CMD Upendrra Rai conveyed his best wishes to Hussain for a happy and successful married life. He expressed hope that the coming years would bring more joy, success, and good health to the couple.
Bharat Express CMD observed that harmony and stability in personal life often strengthen a leader’s ability to serve the public effectively—something he said is well reflected in Hussain’s life and career.
Shahnawaz Hussain thanked Upendrra Rai for his visit and warm wishes. He also spoke about the rapid rise of Bharat Express and its credible presence in the media landscape, emphasising that the organisation has upheld its responsibilities with integrity.
Calling the media the fourth pillar of democracy, Hussain said Bharat Express has consistently highlighted public concerns, ground realities, and positive change. He praised Rai and his team for shaping journalism into a constructive force.
As the meeting concluded, both of them agreed to continue their interactions and exchange of ideas in the future.
