Bharat Express CMD Upendrra Rai Graces Miss & Mrs United Nations Delhi; Champions Discipline & Awareness

The capital city of Delhi hosted the grand Miss and Mrs United Nations beauty pageant at Crowne Plaza, Rohini.

Organised by Parisa Communication, the event witnessed participation from talented contestants representing several countries, who captivated the audience with their remarkable performances and charm.

Bharat Express CMD and Editor-in-Chief Upendrra Rai graced the occasion as the chief guest, joined by Delhi MP and BJP leader Manoj Tiwari.

The event stood out not only for its glamour but also for its noble cause—spreading awareness about breast cancer, especially among women.

Parisa Communication’s Director Tabassum Haq, the organiser of the pageant, emphasised the importance of educating women about health and wellness.

During the event, CMD Upendrra Rai was honoured for his exceptional contribution to the media and leadership.

Reflecting on his long-standing professional journey, he said, “Sincerity and discipline have been the foundation of our success. I have worked with Subodh since 2009, and together we have faced every challenge. I extend my heartfelt wishes to Subodh Jain and Tabassum for this remarkable initiative.”

Discipline as the Key to Success

Speaking on the significance of discipline, CMD Upendrra Rai remarked, “Discipline applies to everyone. It is the guiding force that shapes our lives. Good health, regular sleep, timely meals, and consistent exercise form the basis of a balanced life. These principles are universal and apply to all, including me.”

He further explained that success, like a good harvest, requires the right blend of elements—strong foundation, effort, and balance.

“To succeed in life, one must nurture every aspect in the right proportion,” he said.

Quoting ancient Vedic wisdom, CMD Upendrra Rai observed, “Our tongue is often the source of our sorrows. Mastering one’s speech can lead to mastery in life. Beauty too is rooted in discipline. True beauty reflects in our thoughts. Noble thoughts make life heavenly, while negative ones create misery.”

Through his inspiring words, he reminded the audience that inner discipline, thoughtful speech, and a positive mindset are the real measures of success and beauty.

The Miss and Mrs United Nations pageant thus became more than a contest of appearance—it stood as a tribute to awareness, empowerment, and the timeless values of self-discipline and compassion.
