Bharat Express’ Chief Honoured With Chanakya Award At Innovative India Summit 2023

Chairman, MD and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network Upendrra Rai attended the Innovative India Summit 2023 at Le Meridien Hotel in the national capital, Delhi on Tuesday. He graced the programme with his presence as the special guest of the event. During the event, Bharat Express’ chief and senior journalist Upendrra Rai was also honoured with Chanakya Award. He also said that miracles happen only with devotion, dedication and faith.

Addressing the gathering, senior journalist Upendrra Rai said, “I always said that respect increases the responsibility of a person. Whenever you receive respect, it is always big and when there is an appropriation of your work, it makes you more humble. So, my strategy is to do work with such a heart and one of my goals is to make Bharat Express a big family, so far 5000 people are connected with this network across the country.”

Moreover, Bharat Express’ chief said, “When I announced the channel in October 2022, I had said that at least 50,000 people would connect to this channel. With the network, my target is that more and more viewers should join in the coming 2 years. I expect to see great work in the field of media. Bharat Express is going to come into the market very soon with its English channel and its business channel. It will be announced soon.”

Union Minister Narayan Rane has graced the event with his presence as the chief guest of the programme. The summit has brought together the topmost thought leaders of the country on one platform and has honoured their contribution to India’s growth. During the summit, the felicitation of the leaders was given in nine different categories.

Several other dignities include Vijay Sampla, Chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes, Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and Kaushal Kishore, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs were graced the event by their presence.
