After the death of Mafia Atiq Ahmad, now the persons who he use for purchasing his property in their names are coming to police and lodging their complaints.
On such case of undisclosed property came to light when a labour Hublal who use to work in the Bunglow of mafia reached to the police Commissioner office and told that a huge property was also purchased in his name by Atiq Ahmad, long time back.
During investigation it came to light that total land of 5.0510 hectares of 16 Araji situated in Gauspur Kathula, the deed of land of 2.3447 hectares was made in the name of Hubalal. At that time the total government ownership of this land was Rs 1,84,60,250. Whereas the deed of sale was done for just Rs 30 lakh. Presently the price of this land is Rs 12,42,69,100.
Atiq Ahmed also defrauded the government of revenue while creating unnamed property. The property, which had a government value of Rs 1.84 crore at the time of deed of sale, was registered in the name of Hubalal for just Rs 30 lakh. When the police calculated the property based on the circle rate of that time. Officers say that this matter will also be investigated.
Police Commissioner After attaching the said property, an order has also been issued by the court to appoint its administrator police station in-charge airport. He will take care of this property and ensure that there is no encroachment on the said land.
During the investigation it also came to light that, there are many more properties in Prayagraj and adjacent districts where mafia purchased many lands in others name which soon will be identified.
