Artists To Illuminate Maha Kumbh 2025 With Soulful Performances

The much-anticipated Maha Kumbh 2025 promises to be a unique fusion of spirituality and culture, with some of Bollywood’s top artists set to perform at the event.

Under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, this grand celebration will blend sacred rituals with musical enchantment, offering devotees an experience like no other.

Renowned Bollywood figures, including Shankar Mahadevan, Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Vishal Bhardwaj, Richa Sharma, Jubin Nautiyal, and Shreya Ghoshal, will enrich the spiritual ambiance of the Maha Kumbh with their performances.

These artists will perform at the specially constructed Ganga Pandal, located in the fairgrounds, making the event a mesmerizing cultural spectacle.

The Uttar Pradesh Culture Department, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, is organizing the musical evenings.

The event will feature performances from 4 PM to 8 PM, with an audience capacity of 10,000 people at the Ganga Pandal.

Although the Maha Kumbh begins on 13 January, cultural performances will start early, on 10 January.

Kicking off the celebrations, Shankar Mahadevan will take the stage on 10 January.

Additionally, other performances will include folk singer Malini Awasthi on 11 January, Kailash Kher on 18 January, and Sonu Nigam on 19 January.

A rich array of talented artists will follow, including Maithili Thakur, Kavita Paudwal, Vishal Bhardwaj, Richa Sharma, Jubin Nautiyal, Rasika Shekhar, Hansraj Raghuwanshi, and Shreya Ghoshal, with the performances continuing until 24 February.

These musical performances are set to elevate the Maha Kumbh experience, blending devotion with a celebration of Indian music and culture, making it a memorable event for all who attend.
