Union Minister Anurag Thakur criticized the Congress on Friday following Income Tax raids that unearthed crores of rupees at the premises of party MP Dheeraj Kumar Sahu. On the third day of raids, over Rs 200 crore cash was discovered at various locations in Odisha and Jharkhand, including the residences of Congress Rajya Sabha MP Dhiraj Sahu.
Addressing the press in Delhi, Thakur questioned Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi’s stance against demonetization, citing the substantial cash recovery from Dheeraj Sahu’s place. Thakur asserted a link between Congress, corruption, and cash, claiming that these elements consistently coexist.
