Amit Shah’s Address In The Lok Sabha On No-Trust Vote, Know What The Union Home Minister Said

Heavy disruption came from the opposition side on Day 2 of the discussion over the no-confidence vote against the Narendra Modi administration. Since his re-election to the Lok Sabha on Monday, Congressman Rahul Gandhi’s address has been eagerly awaited. In relation to the Manipur problem, he made a number of vehement accusations on the BJP-led administration and even brought up the Adani controversy. Later, during the debate over the no-confidence resolution, Union Minister and BJP leader Smriti Irani counterattacked Rahul Gandhi.

In the meantime, both chambers held a moment of silence in honor of the anniversary of the Nagasaki nuclear bomb assault and the Quit India Movement. On the anniversary of the Quit India Movement, Mallikarjun Kharge, the leader of the opposition in the Rajya Sabha, noted that Tushar Gandhi, the great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, had been detained.

The Congress and Union Ministers sparred in the lower house on the first day of the debate about the situation in Manipur, which has been the scene of ethnic conflicts since May.

The opposition was obligated to introduce the no-confidence motion against the government in order to end Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “vow of silence” on Manipur, according to Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi, who led the opposition’s attack on Tuesday during the no-confidence motion debate in the Lok Sabha on the Manipur issue.

On the first day of the debate over the no-trust motion put forth by the Congress, the opposition and treasury benches were at loggerheads, with the former claiming they were compelled to do so in order to break Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “maun vrat” (vow of silence) on Manipur and the latter retorting that it was a no-trust vote against a government that had worked for the welfare of the people.
