Jain Acharya Dr Lokesh Muni recently visited the newly built Knowledge Temple of the Art of Living Foundation, where he met spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
During the meeting, both leaders engaged in a cordial conversation, sharing thoughts on global peace, love, and building a healthy society.
After the meeting, Acharya Lokesh Muni expressed his reflections, posting, “A captivating smile At the newly constructed Knowledge Temple of Art of Living, met the revered deity of love, @Gurudev, today and offered my good wishes. Just as I partook in the pure and health-enhancing prasad with him, I was equally nourished by his thoughts that promote the well-being of mind, intellect, and soul.”
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar founded the Art of Living Foundation, globally recognised for spreading the message of meditation, yoga, and peace. Similarly, Acharya Lokesh Muni has long promoted non-violence, tolerance, and universal brotherhood through the Jain tradition.
Experts regard this meeting as an important dialogue between two major spiritual traditions, Jain philosophy and the Art of Living movement. Both spiritual leaders emphasised that in today’s world, society requires not only material progress but also mental and spiritual peace.
Concluding the meeting, Acharya Lokesh Muni extended his good wishes to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He remarked that when saints come together to spread the message of peace and harmony, their collective voice resonates deeply within society.
