Acharya Lokesh Expands ‘We Support Peace’ Campaign Globally With Greece Launch, US Tour

Jain spiritual leader Acharya Lokesh continued expanding his worldwide ‘We Support Peace’ campaign through multiple international and domestic initiatives focused on peace, education, healthcare, and interfaith harmony.

The movement gained global attention after its formal launch in Athens, Greece, alongside the adoption of the Athens Declaration.

The campaign launch witnessed the presence of the Indian Ambassador to Greece and several renowned spiritual leaders, including Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamiji, Shankaracharya Sachchidananda Saraswati Swamiji, and Bhadreshdas Swamiji.

The gathering highlighted global commitment towards dialogue, non-violence, and cultural unity.

Following his return to India, the Gandhi Mandela Foundation honoured Acharya Lokesh in New Delhi for promoting global peace initiatives.

During the event, Acharya Lokesh emphasised that lasting solutions can emerge only through dialogue rather than violence or conflict.

At the World Peace Centre in Gurugram, a free health and wellness camp offered medical consultations, physiotherapy, yoga, meditation, and ENT examinations to the public.

Acharya Lokesh stated that accessible healthcare remains essential for building a healthy and prosperous India.

The spiritual leader also participated in major religious and educational programmes across India. He addressed the Mahavir Jayanti celebration at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College in New Delhi and attended the Educational Experience Summit in Ahmedabad, where more than 3,000 families participated.

Additionally, Acharya Lokesh announced a ‘Peace and Harmony Tour’ across the United States in June, where he will promote peace, non-violence, and universal brotherhood through public gatherings and interfaith interactions.
