Passengers traveling through several airports in India are experiencing significant disruptions in lounge access, with Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) attributing the issue to the unexpected suspension of services by Dreamfolks Services Limited.
In a recent statement, AAHL expressed concern over the ongoing problems, stating, “Passengers are facing disruptions in lounge access at various airports in India due to Dreamfolks’ violation of service agreements with the affected airports.” Dreamfolks, a provider of lounge access in partnership with multiple banks, has not restored services despite requests from AAHL.

To mitigate the impact on travelers, AAHL announced that, as a temporary measure, lounges at Adani-operated airports will now accept all major debit and credit cards from alternative access providers. A spokesperson for AAHL emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting passengers during this challenging period.
AAHL currently manages seven major airports across the country, including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, and Thiruvananthapuram. The situation remains fluid, and AAHL is actively collaborating with banks to resume lounge services as quickly as possible.
