Centre for Cultural Resources & Training (CCRT) is organising a ten-day cultural festival titled ‘10th Virasat – Kamaladevi Festival – Kalakaron evam Shilpkaron Ka Mela to honor the memory of Smt. Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay, Founder & Ist Chairperson of CCRT from March 05 to 14, 2024, from 05:00 PM onwards in CCRT Campus, Dwarka, New Delhi.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day i.e. Friday 08 March 2024, a stage play titled Kahani Naari Shakti Ki -Droupadi se Droupadi Tak will be presented with the theme of Women’s Empowerment & celebrate the contribution of Women Freedom Fighters. The program will also include a Cultural Presentation by the CCRT’s scholarshipholders.
The tenth Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay Memorial Lecture will be delivered in the evening by Ms. Malavika Joshi renowned Theatre Person and Story Teller on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
In addition to the above, CCRT is also putting up an exhibition titled “ Raja Ravi Verma Kala Vithika” which showcases the masterpiece work Developed by CCRT fellows. Further, CCRT is also inviting 25 Master Craftspersons from all over the country which will add a cultural flavor to the event.
