PIB Debunks Viral Claim Of NEET UG 2026 Question Paper Leak

The Press Information Bureau (PIB) has issued a clarification regarding a video circulating online that allegedly shows a packet containing NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination booklets being opened before the test.

According to the government’s fact-checking unit, the claim is entirely false.

Officials stated that the packet featured in the video does not contain the mandatory OMR answer sheet that accompanies every official NEET examination booklet. They also pointed to several inconsistencies in the footage, indicating that the video is not genuine.

PIB emphasised that no individual, educational institution or online platform has access to the NEET (UG) 2026 question paper before the examination.

Authorities reiterated that no one has leaked the NEET (UG) 2026 question paper and confirmed that officials continue to enforce all security protocols.

The clarification comes amid growing concern among students and parents following the circulation of the video across various social media platforms.
