Please tell that till now no concrete information has been received about it. According to media reports, the new tenant will have to pay around Rs 5 lakh as rent every month for this flat. Not only this, the flat owner will also have to pay a security deposit of Rs 30 lakh. On the other hand, Sushant used to pay a rent of Rs 4.5 lakh a month for this flat. Now the owner of this flat has increased the rent. The rent of this flat has been increased to Rs 5 lakh. This flat is built in an area of 3600 square feet. It has 4 bedrooms.
