‘Tanvi The Great’: Kausar Munir Joins Anupam Kher’s Directorial Venture

Lyricist Kausar Munir has teamed up with Anupam Kher for his directorial venture ‘Tanvi The Great’.

Anupam Kher took to Instagram to share his enthusiasm about working with Kausar Munir. He revealed that Kausar Munir has beautifully crafted the lyrics for the songs in his upcoming film.

Kher posted, “ANNOUNCEMENT: Happy, Delighted, and Honoured to present Ms. Kausar Munir, the hugely talented lyricist of my directorial film #TanvirTheGreat. She has added magic to the songs composed by #MMKeeravani sir with her soulful lyrics. Thank you Kausar ji for your warmth and brilliance during and after the making of our songs. I am fortunate to have you in our team of remarkable technicians. Jai Ho!”

Earlier, National Award-winning choreographer Kruti Mahesh joined Anupam Kher’s upcoming directorial ‘Tanvi The Great’.

Taking to Instagram, Anupam Kher expressed excitement about his collaboration with Kruti.

Kher stated, “Happy and delighted to share that #NationalAward winning choreographer Ms. #KrutiMahesh is choreographing the songs for my directorial film #TanviTheGreat.”

Meanwhile, Anupam Kher also shared a picture with Kruti from the sets of his film.

Kruti has received National Award for Best Choreography for the song Ghoomar in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Padmaavat. She also earned a lot of praise for choreographing Alia Bhatt starrer Dholida song in the movie Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Kher announced his directorial project ‘Tanvi The Great’ on his birthday, on 7 March.

Taking to Instagram, Kher asserted, “TANVI THE GREAT: Today, on my birthday I proudly announce the name of the film I have decided to direct. Some stories find their path and compel you to share it with the world! And the best way I thought to start is by taking the blessings of my mother in her temple with my father’s pic blessing me too.”

However, focusing on his acting endeavors, Kher currently has a lineup including projects such as The Signature, Kaagaz 2, Vijay 69, and several other films in his portfolio.
