Sonam Kapoor Praises Antara Marwah For Showing Off Her baby Bump While The Runway At A Fashion Show

Antara Motiwala Marwah, the wife of Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s cousin and actor Mohit Marwah, walked the Lakme Fashion Week runway in Mumbai on Friday, flaunting her baby bump.

Sonam’s praise of Antara

Antara, who is expecting her second child, looked stunning in a shimmery top with a plunging neckline and a matching skirt.  Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram Stories on Saturday to praise Antara for walking the runway while carrying her pregnant belly.

Sonam also praised her cousin Anshula Kapoor, who walked the runway at the same fashion show as Antara.

Sonam captioned a photo of Anshula walking the runway at Lakme Fashion Week, “So proud of you, Anshula Kapoor.” Sonam also posted a photo of Antara on the runway kissing Mohit and Arjun, who sat in the front row at the fashion show. “And my stunning sister-in-law/ chaddi buddy (childhood friend) Antara,” Sonam Kapoor added.

Many other members of the Kapoor family, including Arjun’s sister Janhvi Kapoor and aunt Maheep Kapoor, shared their reactions to Antara’s ramp walk on Instagram Stories.

Antara was written about by Maheep, who appears on the Netflix show Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives “And look at this hot mama! I’m talking about (queen emoji).” Janhvi Kapoor, an actress, tweeted Antara’s photos, writing, “A moment (fire emoji)!!” Antara’s photos were also shared on Instagram Stories by Arjun Kapoor, who captioned them, “A trendsetter.” Malaika Arora, Arjun’s girlfriend, also praised Antara’s fashion week appearance on Instagram Stories. “You slayed, woman,” wrote the reality TV star.

Anil Kapoor’s nephew and actor Mohit Marwah married Antara in 2018. Among those who attended their wedding in the UAE were Khushi Kapoor, Sridevi, Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Athiya Shetty, Kiara Advani, Karan Johar, Shanaya Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, and Maheep Kapoor.

On October 20, 2021, Mohit Marwah and Antara became parents to a baby girl named Thea. Antara announced the news on Instagram, along with a series of photos, one of which showed Mohit holding their daughter. Mohit made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with Fugly. In 2017, he starred as a soldier in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Raag Desh.
