Late on Thursday, Prabhas’ official Facebook profile was hacked, and the actor afterward released a statement about it. Now that the page has been recovered. The actor, who was most recently seen in Adipurush, earlier posted on Instagram that his team was investigating the situation.
Two popular videos were published late on Thursday on Prabhas’ official Facebook page. ‘Unlucky Humans’ and ‘Ball Failures Around the World were the captions for these.
Prabhas shares this information through his Instagram page.
“Hello everyone, my Facebook page has been compromised,” Prabhas stated on Instagram Stories after confirming the theft. The team is resolving this. Internet users who were teasing Prabhas left comments on the posts. According to one of them, “Unlucky Humans are the ones who saw Adipurush.”
The postings and comments have been deleted, and the page has now been restored.
Om Raut directed Adipurush, Prabhas’ most recent film. Although it was intended to be a Ramayana adaptation, the movie received harsh criticism for its inaccurate depiction of the Hindu mythological epic. The speech and visual effects of the movie received a lot of criticism. Many people also took issue with how the main characters, such as Raavan and Hanuman, were portrayed. Within a week of the movie’s premiere, the producers had to come up with significant modifications. Manoj Muntashir, the author, even apologised to the crowd for offending anyone’s feelings.
Now, Prabhas is preparing for the release of Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire, another action movie. The upcoming movie, directed by Prashanth Neel (of KGF fame), also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in significant parts. On September 28, it will be released in theatres.
